A French industrial company is specialised in the production of protein based ingredients for agrofood sector. In order to increase their capacity production of natural food ingredients.
A French company in the sector of agrofood industry is urgently looking for an industrial subcontracting partner to produce paste of protein hydrolysates from by-products (carcases, flesh, fat...), filleting by-products and grade-outs products.
The subcontracting partner sought should be specialised in biotechnologies and enzymatic process to extract protein hydrolysates in 4 steps: - enzymatic hydrolysis - sifting - pasteurisation - concentration
The extracted paste of protein hydrolysates should have a moisture content of around 60%.
The partner is expected to produce from 100 up to 200 tons/year of protein hydrolysates paste with a cadence of delivery every 2 months. This paste must be packaged in 1000 liter containers and transported at 4°C to the plant in France.
The French SME is looking for a long-term industrial partner for a subcontracting agreement.
